1. When will I receive my order?

We have chosen Sendle as our partnered shipping company. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-6 business days depending on where you live. We are based in Bundall, Gold Coast, therefore the further the delivery distance, the longer the delivery time. Metro areas will generally be a faster delivery compared to regional areas. 

2. Do you ship Internationally? 

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer international shipping. 

3. How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

All orders will receive an email confirmation once the order has been placed, a second email will be sent with tracking details once dispatched. We aim to pack all orders within 48 hours. 

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once you confirm and pay the order can not be cancelled. 

5. I added the wrong address, can I change it?

If you have added the wrong address please contact us immediately so we can change the shipping information before dispatch. info@ebbflowapparel.com.au

6. What are the care and wash instructions?

We recommend the following to keep your pieces looking as good as new:

Machine cold wash only, do NOT iron, no softeners, wash with like colours, do NOT dry clean, drip dry or only tumble dry on low.

7. What happens if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If, on rare occasion, you receive an item with a fault or the incorrect size/colour please email us immediately with your order number, name and description of product/s that are faulty. For faulty items, we require photos evidence of the issue to be sent through for assessment within 7 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will rectify the issue. 

If you have received an incorrect item, we may also require photos to be sent via email to effectively resolve the issue. We will then have you return the item/s back to us and compensate you for your return postage. Upon receiving the item back, we will arrange to ship out the correct item immediately. 

There is no lifetime warranty on any of our products. They are all subject to wear and tear over time, depending on how you care and wash your items. For more information, please see our care instructions above. 

8. What type of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay & ZipPay. 

9. I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, can you refund the price difference? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund in this situation. Please take your time when checking out and double check the items in your cart before confirming and moving forward.
